At Savage Sports we have a simple mission: to help you discover just how good you can be - and then achieve it!

We have all sorts of good things happening and would like to keep you posted.

And you don't have to be a triathlete - if you are a swimmer or cyclist or runner.

Circuit Training/Boot Camp - Free during April

One of the things we have added to our programme is Circuit Training. Designed to build strength, stamina and agility it will boost your core strength, help prevent injury and make your Tri specific training more effective.

Every top endurance athlete recognises the importance of this type of conditioning sessions in producing Personal Bests!

If you want to join us for these sessions you don't even need to subscribe; just come along on a Tuesday evening for a 7.00pm start.
