Run Proportions 3September is the last month in the current (“peak”) phase. There may well be one or two end of season events remaining on your bucket list so it’s important to stay sharp and focussed.

By the end of this month (and phase), you’ll have deserved the active recovery month that waits in October!

This month includes:

  • 6x speed sessions
  • 5x endurance sessions
  • 1x strength session
